It's well known that you need to be extra careful of animals when their young are around because of the parental protection instinct! I personally adore our feline friends and so am more prone to using them when using an analogy. As parents not only are we protective and reactive but are also like fierce felines proactively prowling around for ways to increase our little ones' skills.
